“For Just a Moment” is more popularly known as the “Love Theme from St. Elmo’s Fire” for it served as the theme song of the 1985 movie St. Elmo’s Fire. The song was composed and recorded by David Foster.
“For Just a Moment” has two versions. The first is an instrumental performed by Foster and captured the 15th spot in Billboard’s Hot 100. The second version contains the lyrics, with Donny Gerard and Amy Holland providing the vocals.
